We are now accepting deposits
on half and whole hogs.
($50 deposit per half hog).
We expect hanging weights of approximately 75-100 lbs per side.
How much should you buy?
We're a family of seven (four adults,
three teenagers) and we eat two hogs a year.
Final Cost is $4.50/lb for half hog and $4/lb if you buy both halves (whole hog). Cut, wrap and kill fee will be paid directly to the butcher.
We recommend Kelso's Kustom Meats. Expect approximately $0.50/lb for
cut and wrap plus $0.60/lb for
any cuts you have cured
(i.e. bacon and ham)
Pigs are pasture-raised and fed our custom-blend of GMO-free feed.
